Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Glamour On Demand platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all users including clients, beauty professionals ("Providers"), and visitors.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Glamour On Demand provides an online marketplace connecting clients seeking beauty services with independent beauty professionals. We act as an intermediary and are not a direct provider of beauty services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Circumvent the Platform to arrange services directly with Providers met through Glamour On Demand
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep this information up to date. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Account eligibility:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• Provider accounts require verification of professional qualifications
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion

When you make a booking through the Platform, you enter into a service agreement directly with the Provider. Glamour On Demand facilitates this agreement but is not a party to it.

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
• 50% of the service fee charged for cancellations within 24 hours
• 100% of the service fee charged for no-shows
• Providers must give at least 4 hours notice to cancel an accepted booking

In the event of a Provider cancellation, clients will receive a full refund and, where possible, an alternative Provider will be arranged at no additional cost.

As a Provider on Glamour On Demand, you agree to maintain valid professional qualifications and insurance, deliver services to the standard represented in your profile, and conduct yourself professionally with all clients.

Providers are independent contractors and not employees of Glamour On Demand. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider (Stripe). By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to our own.

Fee structure:

• Clients pay a platform service fee of 8% per booking
• Providers retain 85% of the service price; a 15% platform commission applies
• Provider earnings are disbursed weekly, every Friday
• All fees are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law

Wallet balance:

You may hold a Glamour Wallet balance (from top-ups, gifts received, or cashback) and apply it toward a booking. Where your wallet balance does not fully cover a booking, the remaining amount is charged to your card; where it does, no card charge is made.

Refunds:

Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method for each portion of what you paid: any amount paid from your Glamour Wallet balance is credited back to your wallet, and any amount charged to your card is refunded to that same card via Stripe. We do not convert a card payment into wallet credit in place of a genuine refund. Refunds to a card may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Glamour On Demand Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamour On Demand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the services booked through it.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Glamour On Demand in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect any outstanding obligations or bookings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
